Zola Luwaca
Netcare
Zola studied a National Diploma in Food Service Management at the Walter Sisulu University. She did her In-Service –Training at Netcare –Unitas in Johannesburg and was permanently employed in 2001. Zola was a finalist in Netcare Chef of The Year (2005) and crowned Netcare Baker of the Year twice.
