The fact that everyone across the globe can share something common yet so unique and special as food.

I would be a Civil Engineer or a Ballerina

People and Nature

| What was your worst culinary catastrophe? |
I forgot flour in a cake for a guests’ birthday cake and took a few hours to realise my mistake.

| What is your fondest memory in the kitchen? |
Plating and cooking while watching the Southern Right Whales breaching 100m away and teaching my mom to make pasta.
