Knorr Garde d'Or Poulet Bordelaise

Poulet Bordelaise is a chicken dish served with a red wine sauce. Here are some classic seasoning recipes which will go beautifully with the recipe.

Fine Herbes Chicken

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried chervil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 1/4 teaspoon freeze-dried chives
  • 1/16 teaspoon dried orange granules, crushed


Herbes de Provence Chicken
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried mint
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/8 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried lavender
  • 1/16 teaspoon dried lemon granules, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon white dry wine (or enough to form a paste)
