Knorr Bouillon Two Onion Soup
Ingredients
130g red onion
130g white onion
70g bread flour
40g KNORR Vegetable Bouillon Paste
10ml Madeira
50g salt
50g pepper
10g bread
5g garlic
Method
Make up KNORR Bouillon Paste as directed
Onion:
Slice onions and fry in butter without letting them go brown
When almost ready sprinkle with flour
Cook for a minute and de-glaze with Knorr Vegetable Bouillon Paste and add garlic
Add the remainder of the Madeira
Continue to cook for 30 minutes
Put some slices of oven dried bread into the soup
Season to taste
