Knorr Bouillon Beef Foccacia

Ingredients

400g cake flour

15g castor sugar

15g salt

1 packet dry yeast

120g KNORR Beef Bouillon Paste

1 liter water

20g chopped rosemary

100g beef fillet slivers

80g olive oil

10g coarse salt

Method

  • Make up KNORR Beef Bouillon Paste as per directions


  • In an electric mixer place the flour, salt, sugar, 40g olive oil and dry yeast


  • Switch the machine to a low speed and add little bits of Beef Bouillon to form a soft dough. Mix for 15 minutes


  • Leave dough to prove until doubled in size


  • On a buttered baking sheet, spread the dough out and sprinkle the rosemary, coarse salt and beef slivers on top, sprinkle with olive oil


  • Prove until doubled in size


  • Bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes


  • Leave to cool then cut into desired shape
