Kgomotso completed her diploma in professional cookery at the HTA School of Culinary Art , and is currently working at the Westcliff Hotel as a Demi-chef de partie in pastry. Kgomotso won the Pillsbury Junior Chef 2010 Competition.

What is your philosophy on food? Simple yet elegant and fresh all the way...
What inspired you to become a chef?
Being brought up in a home that loves cooking but never pursuing it as a career. So I am living my family's dream and doing what I love

Psychology
Other than food and cooking, what inspires you? Art
What was your worst culinary catastrophe? I threw away a pot of stock not knowing that it was fresh stock.
What is your fondest memory in a kitchen? Cooking with Jeremy Mansfield
What do you eat for breakfast? All Bran flakes with warm milk
What is the dish you find diffidult to get right? Making the perfect choux pastry
Who is the most famous person you have ever cooked for? Dr Bill Gallagher
