Kelvin has completed a Diploma in Hospitality Management and has over ten years' experience as a pastry chef in some of South Africa's top five-star hotels including The Parktonian, Sandton Sun, The Michelangelo and Hyatt. Kelvin is Owner and Founder of teh Johannesburg Pastry School.

What is your fondest memory in a kitchen? Working with Linda Kotze at the Hyatt Pastry Kitchen
