Justin completed his diploma in professional cookery at the HTA School of Culinary Art , and is currently employed at Delmont Caldow Caterers.

 

 

What is your philosophy on food? Treat food with respect, tste everything and keep it simple
What inspired you to become a chef?
Food brings people together and that equals fun. I was practically raised in a industrial kitchen, and I always knew food is my life.

What was your worst culinary catastrophe? I burnt 40 liters of white sauce
What do you eat for breakfast? Centrum Vitamins
What is the dish you find diffidult to get right? Mutton curry
Who is the most famous person you have ever cooked for? President Zuma and Gill Marcus
