Training & Assessment Programmes for Industry
Since its conception in 1996, HTA has been privileged to be able to take Skills Training, Assessments and Certification to the industry as a whole. This division of HTA comprises of a number of trainers performing On-Job Coaching and Assessments in the learners workplace throughout the South African Hospitality and Catering Industries. This division formats and designs outcomes based training programmes in Professional Cookery for Schools and Colleges, both private and Governmental.
