Infochef 2011
Infochef 2011 took place at Nasrec Expo Centre on 25 & 26 August 2011. Over these two days in August both junior and senior Chefs got the opportunity to sharpen their skills and get ahead with the latest culinary trends in South Africa. This year’s conference was sponsored by Nestlé Professional, and proud AV partner, Gearhouse South Africa. Companies such as Ecolab, Nestlé Professional, Piaff Champagne , Global Knives, McCain foods, Willow Creek, Wizbake and Braeside Meats made up some of the programme content for both the senior and junior day.
