Culinary Team South Africa live practice at Good Food and Wine show
In preparation of competing internationally in the oldest and most prestigious culinary competition in the world, the IKA Culinary Olympics 2012, the Team practice for four days a month at the Centre for Culinary Excellence in Johannesburg at the offices of The South African Chefs Association. Culinary Team South Africa secured a practice stand at the Good Food and Wine Show hosted at the Dome from 22-25 September. For the first time ever the Team practiced in front of the audiences who visited the Good Food and Wine Show, showcasing their Olympic preparations.
