Presidents Cup - The Tasting Menu of 2018

Enter with your signature showpiece 6 course tasting menu with photographs of each dish and the completed
entry form.


If you are selected as a finalist you will have to create your entry at HOSTEX on the 8th of May.
Finalists will be responsible for their own travel and accommodation as well as their own ingredients.


 

FINALISTS


6 Finalists Chefs will have 5 hours to complete their 6 course tasting menu (each chef will need to produce 3 of each plate- 2 for tasting, one for display).


Chefs need to bring all their ingredients to complete the task and impress the judges.


Each chef will be allocated a culinary student to assist him/her in the kitchen during the competition.


A list of equipment will be made available to each finalist.


Each plate will be judged individually on the following criteria: Taste, Presentation, Complexity and Sustainability
