Board of Directors

The governing body of SACA is the Association's Board of Directors, who are leaders in the South African hospitality industry, elected to serve the interests of the Association in an honourary capacity. 

A new board was elected during the InfoChef Africa conference in September 2015 and represent a cross-section of the industry, including food production, training, contract catering, banqueting and restaurants, under the leadership of SA Chefs President Stephen Billingham and his Senior Vice President Allister Esau.
