The governing body of SACA is a Board of Directors - leaders in the South African hospitality industry, elected to serve the interests of the Association in an honourary capacity. A new board was elected at the end of July 2009 and represent a cross-section of the industry, including food production, training, contract catering, banqueting and restaurants, under the leadership of SACA President Stephen Billingham and his two Vice President Allister Esau.
