Welcome To SACA
The South African Chefs Association (SACA) has a long history,
spanning over three and a half decades, of promoting the art
and science of cookery in South Africa .
With over 3000 members, SACA represents the country's finest
chefs, culinarians, restaurateurs, educators and learners. SACA
is also proud to host the Centre for Culinary Excellence, the
resource centre and archive for chefs.
The South African Chefs Association has been instrumental in
putting South Africa on the map throughout the culinary world,
creating a food identity for the country and creating a national
team that is representative of South Africa .
